MAIRON TUBES has automatic machines for straightness, cutting, bend forming and manufacturing of welded cages for piles.The processing capacity of reinforcing steel is 36,000 tons / year.
Raw material for processing:
- plain reinforcing steel bars, with the diameters between 6 – 40 mm;
- deformed reinforcing steel bars, with the diameters between 8 – 40 mm;
- reinforcing steels coils, with the diameters between 6 – 16 mm.
Quality of reinforcing steels:
- OB37, PC52, PC60 according to Romanian standard STAS 438-1A;
- BSt500S according to DIN 488.
Bend forming products:
- armature elements, with the diameter between 6 – 40 mm;
- stirrups, with the diameters between 6 – 16 mm.
Circular welded cages for piles:
Dimensions :
- Diameter of welded cage: 320 – 2,000 mm;
- Length of one section: 1,600 – 12,000 mm;
- Diameter of the longitudinal bars: 10 – 40 mm;
- Diameter of the spiral : 6 – 16 mm;
- Spiral pass: 80 – 500 mm;
- Type: according to the drawing from the order.
On request, we can manual manufacture, polygonal welded cages for pilling, beams, or walls.
